Donation Impact Stories
Every donation has a story. This page tracks the organizations and communities that IEEBEE has supported through our Creative Donation Program — and what happened when creativity met community.
We started keeping these stories because we wanted to remember why we do this. Not the numbers — the moments. A classroom of kids who didn't want to stop. A workshop participant who'd never made anything before. A community event where strangers sat down together and made something beautiful. That's what this page is for.

🌿 Donation Impact Timeline
Below is a timeline of our completed donation partnerships. We add new stories as they happen — check back to see where IEEBEE supplies have been and what they helped create.
Crafting for a Cure
IEEBEE partnered with Crafting for a Cure to donate free washi tape and support their global creative community. Crafting for a Cure brings crafters together to raise funds and awareness for important causes — combining the joy of making with the power of giving.
IEEBEE donated washi tape sets to support the event's creative activities, helping participants make, share and connect through hands-on craft. A shared belief that creativity is one of the most powerful ways to bring people together around something that matters.

IEEBEE provided creative materials to the LA Asian Pacific Film Festival (LAAPFF) to support meaningful activities designed to bring comfort, creativity and joy to attendees. The festival, organized by Visual Communications, celebrates Asian Pacific American stories through film, art and community programming.
IEEBEE donated washi tape and creative supplies to be used in hands-on creative activities alongside the festival program — giving attendees a way to engage creatively between screenings and events.

🏫 From Classrooms & Community Programs
Beyond our event partnerships, IEEBEE donates directly to schools, teachers and community art programs through the Creative Donation Program. Here are some of the stories that have come back to us.
Elementary Art Class — End of Year Gratitude Journal
An elementary school art teacher used donated IEEBEE sticker and washi tape sets for an end-of-year gratitude journal project. Each student decorated a personal journal using washi tape borders and stickers, then filled it with written and drawn memories from the school year. The finished journals were kept by students as a personal keepsake.
The teacher noted it was one of the most engaged her class had been in a single project all year — and that several students who typically resisted writing spent extra time decorating and filling their pages.
Creative Journaling Workshop — At-Risk Youth Program
A community art program in California used donated washi tape sets to run a four-session journaling workshop series for at-risk youth. Participants created habit trackers, mood journals and decorated planners. The program coordinator described the washi tape as “the thing that made the blank page feel possible.”
Participants who had resisted writing in previous sessions opened up once they had something creative to do with their hands first. The tactile, low-stakes nature of applying tape gave everyone a starting point — and from there, the words followed.
