IEEBEE Creative Donation Program

We believe creativity belongs to everyone. Through our Creative Donation Program, we bring washi tape, stickers and journaling supplies to schools, nonprofits and community art programs β€” because a single roll of tape can open a world of expression.

🌿 🎨 ✨ πŸ’š 🌸

Even a small roll of washi tape can become the beginning of imagination, expression and human connection. We started IEEBEE because we believe art should be part of everyday life β€” and through this program, we want to make sure that belief reaches beyond our customers and into communities that need it most.

β€” The IEEBEE Team

πŸ’š Why We Started This Program

IEEBEE was born from a love of art, creativity and the belief that making something beautiful β€” no matter how small β€” has the power to change how we feel about ourselves and the world around us. Over the years, we've heard from teachers who stretch their classroom budgets to buy supplies for creative activities. We've heard from nonprofit coordinators who run art programs on donations alone. We've heard from community organizers who know that giving people something to make with their hands can be the most grounding, healing thing in the room.

The IEEBEE Creative Donation Program is our way of doing something about that. We set aside product from every production run to donate to qualified programs. Not as a marketing exercise β€” but because we genuinely believe that creativity is a public good, and that the materials to support it should reach as many people as possible.

🎨

Art for Everyone

Creative supplies shouldn't be limited by budget. We donate to programs where materials make a direct difference to what's possible.

🌱

Community First

We prioritize programs that serve under-resourced communities β€” schools, youth programs, care centers and nonprofits doing real work.

✨

Real Impact

Every donation is product we'd otherwise sell. We track where it goes, and we ask recipients to share what they made with it.

🌿 What We Support

We donate to programs where washi tape, stickers and journaling supplies serve a genuine creative, educational or therapeutic purpose. The program works best when supplies are used directly by participants β€” in a classroom activity, a workshop session, a group art project or a therapeutic creative practice.

We especially love supporting programs that use creativity as a tool for connection, healing or learning. A habit tracker made with washi tape in a mental health workshop. A collaborative wall mural in an after-school program. A travel journal made by students on a field trip. A scrapbook project at a care center. These are the kinds of uses that remind us why we make what we make.

πŸ“‹ How to Apply

The application process is simple. We've kept the form short because we know coordinators and teachers are busy people. Tell us about your program, who will benefit and how you plan to use the supplies β€” that's really all we need to make a decision.

1

Complete the Application Form

Fill in the donation application form below. Tell us about your organization, the program the supplies will support, how many participants will be involved and how the materials will be used. The more specific you are, the better we can match what we send to what you actually need.

2

We Review Your Application

Our team reviews every application individually. We look at program fit, the number of participants who will benefit, the intended use of the supplies and current donation inventory availability. We review applications on a rolling basis β€” donation inventory is assessed every quarter.

3

You Hear from Us by Email

If your application is selected, we'll contact you by email to confirm the donation details. If we're not able to support your program in the current cycle, we'll let you know and keep your information on file for future opportunities. We respond to every application.

4

Donation Confirmed and Shipped

Once confirmed, we arrange shipping directly to your program's address. Currently, we ship donations to U.S. addresses only. If you're outside the U.S., please reach out to us directly to discuss your situation.

5

Share Your Story (Optional)

After using the supplies, we'd love to hear what your group made. If you're willing to share photos or a brief description, we may feature your story on our Donation Impact Stories page β€” always with your permission, never without it. Entirely optional.

πŸ” How We Review Applications

We want to be transparent about how we make decisions. Here's what we look at when reviewing each application:

Criteria What We're Looking For
Program Purpose How the supplies will be used and what creative activity they support. Specific, hands-on uses are prioritized over general decoration or resale.
Number of Participants How many people will directly benefit. Group programs serving 10+ participants are prioritized.
Organization Type Schools, nonprofits, libraries, community programs and care centers are all eligible. Nonprofit status is not required.
Geographic Location U.S. addresses only for shipping. Programs serving under-resourced communities are given additional priority.
Timeline Programs with a specific upcoming activity date are prioritized. We want the supplies to be used, not stored.
Inventory Availability What we can send depends on current donation inventory, reviewed and restocked quarterly.

🌟 Stories from the Community

Every donation tells a story. As our program grows, we're collecting accounts from the teachers, coordinators and participants who have used IEEBEE supplies in their programs. These stories remind us why this work matters.

Creative Journaling Workshop β€” California

A community art program in California used donated washi tape sets to run a series of journaling workshops for at-risk youth. Participants created habit trackers, mood journals and decorated planners over four weekly sessions. The program coordinator described the washi tape as "the thing that made the blank page feel possible" β€” noting that participants who had resisted writing opened up once they had something creative to do with their hands first.

Elementary Art Class β€” Midwest

An elementary school art teacher used donated IEEBEE sticker and washi tape sets for an end-of-year gratitude journal project. Each student decorated a personal journal using washi tape borders and stickers, then filled it with written and drawn memories from the school year. The finished journals were kept by students as a keepsake. The teacher noted it was one of the most engaged her class had been in a single project all year.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Who can apply for the IEEBEE Creative Donation Program?
We welcome applications from schools, teachers, libraries, community art programs, nonprofit organizations, youth programs, creative education workshops, hospital or care-center art programs, art therapy programs, senior centers, university programs and public-interest creative initiatives. You don't need to be a registered nonprofit β€” what matters is that the supplies will be used by real people in a genuine creative activity. Individual personal applications without a program context are not accepted.
Do I need to be a registered nonprofit to apply?
No. Nonprofit status is not a requirement. Teachers applying for classroom use, librarians running creative programs, community organizers coordinating workshops β€” all are welcome to apply directly. The key criteria are program fit, the number of participants who will benefit and how the supplies will be used.
What products can IEEBEE donate?
IEEBEE may donate washi tape sets, sticker sets, journaling supplies and creative activity kits. All donated products are brand-new and unused. Specific products and quantities depend on current donation inventory at the time of review. We can't guarantee specific items in advance, but we'll always be transparent about what we're able to send when we confirm your application.
How long does the review process take?
We review applications on a rolling basis and assess donation inventory every quarter. If your application is selected, you'll hear from us by email β€” typically within a few weeks of submission. If we're not able to support your program in the current cycle, we'll let you know and keep your details on file for future opportunities. We respond to every application.
How many participants does my program need to have?
There's no strict minimum, but we prioritize programs where the supplies will benefit at least 10 participants directly. Smaller programs are still considered β€” especially if the use case is particularly meaningful or the community served is under-resourced. Tell us about your program and let us make that call.
Can teachers apply directly for their classroom?
Yes β€” teachers are among the most common applicants and are warmly welcomed. Please include your school name, the grade level or age group you teach, the approximate number of students who will use the supplies and a brief description of the creative activity you're planning. A specific project description helps us match what we send to what you actually need.
Can I apply for a recurring or ongoing donation?
We evaluate ongoing donation arrangements on a case-by-case basis for programs that run regular creative activities over time. If your organization runs quarterly workshops, a semester-long creative program or a recurring community art initiative, please mention this in your application or email us directly at donation@ieebeetape.com. We'll set up a separate conversation to discuss what's possible.
Does IEEBEE ship donations internationally?
Currently, donation shipping is available to U.S. addresses only. If your program is based outside the U.S., please contact us at donation@ieebeetape.com to discuss your situation. We may be able to arrange something depending on the program and location.
Do I have to share photos or a story after receiving the donation?
No β€” sharing your story is completely optional. We love hearing about what programs make with donated supplies, and we may ask if you're willing to share a photo or brief description after the activity. But this is never a condition of receiving the donation, and we will never publish anything about your program without your explicit written permission.
Can I recommend an organization to receive a donation?
Yes. If you know of a school, nonprofit or community program that would benefit from donated creative supplies, you're welcome to submit an application on their behalf β€” or share the program details with them so they can apply directly. Please include a note in the application explaining your relationship to the organization.
What happens if my application isn't selected?
We'll send you an email letting you know, and we'll keep your details on file for future donation cycles. Donation inventory is reviewed quarterly, so a program that isn't funded in one cycle may be a better fit in the next. We encourage you to reapply if your program is ongoing.
Can IEEBEE donate to international programs or disaster relief efforts?
For large-scale or international donation requests β€” including disaster relief, refugee programs or international educational initiatives β€” please contact us directly at donation@ieebeetape.com. These situations fall outside our standard application process and we prefer to handle them in direct conversation.
Are the donated washi tapes safe for children?
Yes. All IEEBEE washi tapes are manufactured without phthalates and lead and are regularly tested to confirm they are safe for children and adults. They require no scissors, no glue and no special equipment β€” making them one of the safest and most accessible craft materials for use with children of all ages.
