What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 30-day return or exchange after delivery—please contact us at support@ieebee.com; return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, orders not yet packed can be canceled directly, and if your package is lost in transit, we provide a replacement or refund (see full policy here: policy)

What’s the difference between the two packaging styles?

We offer a premium gift rope box (sturdier, more elegant, and reusable for storage or gifting) and a standard drawer box (lighter and more practical); both are durable and protect the tapes well—the contents inside are exactly the same.

Where do you ship from and how long does delivery take?

Most orders ship from our U.S. warehouse in California (3–5 business days for West Coast, 7–10 for East Coast); if an item is fulfilled from our international warehouses due to stock availability, delivery typically takes 3–12 business days in the U.S. and 5–30 business days for other countries depending on location.
